Warranty & Return Policy
PartsFixit always try to provide perfect products and services. Each item is checked and tested thoroughly before shipping, however once a faulty item is detected by you, be rest assured that all goods are protected by a one year warranty policy and such item will be replaced along with subsequent order & return of defective item within 3 months.
PartsFixit provide 365 days warranty for LCD Refurbish Equipment Machines, and 3-6 months warranty for LCD screens touch issue. (People damaged, glass scratched and LCD display issue after installation all not included in warranty, so please test it before you install the screen, and feedback it early ASAP if there is issue during your testing.)
1. Please kindly check the goods when you receive it and if you find any defective or damaged products, please report it to us as soon as possible.
2. All returns must be informed with PartsFixit acknowledgement before return. Please inform our correspondent sales in advance before return. She will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without RMA number is not acceptable.
3. A valid tracking number is requested after returning.
4. Return should be shipped by EMS or your local post. We don't accept DHL, UPS and other express because of the tax and customs issue.
5. After we receive your returned items, we will test the products within 1-3 days and update with you too.
